Land Parade

 

We were brought on to help project manage the creation of a Land Parade, including the floats, costuming, choreography, and music. We partnered with multiple vendors throughout China to oversee and manage all production for the new theme park. We were in charge of the entire parade route from development to Grand Opening.

Water Float Parade

 

We also project managed the creation of a Water Floats for a Parade, including the sea doos, costuming, choreography, and music. We partnered with multiple vendors throughout China to oversee and manage all production for the new theme park.
